Company Overview

The Laboratory for Fluorescence Dynamics (LFD), is committed to service, research and development of fluorescence instrumentation and theory. In the last few years we have moved into a newly built space in the Natural Sciences II Building at the University of California, Irvine. For the previous twenty years, we have been housed at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The LFD is as a state-of-the-art fluorescence laboratory, funded as a national research resource by the National Institutes of Health for use by local, national, and international scientists.
